Hearing Loss Association of America and affiliate organizations such as Hearing Loss Association of Oklahoma City open the world of communication to people who have a hearing loss, by providing information, education, support and advocacy.

Our Mission

We are here to provide a source of friendship, information, education, and various opportunities for networking, to those with any form of hearing limitation(s). We include all age groups, and we  welcome the families, friends and associates of those with hearing related problems. Some of our most active people are thirtyish; and some of our most experienced hands are "mature". We share the common ground of adapting our skills to living and coping in a hearing world. We, individually and collectively, share ideas about technology and coping strategies. Please  explore our Links for information on what we find most useful at the moment! We are advocates for people with a hearing loss, in all sorts of public accommodations. We believe that we can live essentially normal lives in the mainstream by being aware of what is possible and by having the drive to use all the possibilities!
